  • Do I need a contract ?
    No, we do not require a contract for Revyfy. We give all our customers a month to inform us if they wish to cancel.
  • Will I own my data?
    A very common question which is asked a lot. Yes, of course it's your own data
  • Can I run my software with no internet ?
    Unfortunately, as the software is web-based it does require an Internet connection to work. However, it can be used on a mobile cellular device with data.
  • Can I transfer from another provider?
    Yes, we do system transfers, they are quick and easy providing we have the right resources from your previous supplier.
  • Do I pay for updates?
    Regular free updates are included in your package. We are always working to improve our software where needed adding new features.
  • How easy is Revyfy to set up?
    With our support videos we have specially created. Setting up with Revyfy it’s simple. Taking you through all the features we have available. Alternatively, we have the support team available to speak to with an office hours.
  • Can I rejoin any time?
    You can always rejoin Revyfy , If you have any existing data it can be reinstalled to your new software.
  • Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
    As Revyfy is web based it can be used on all devices e.g phone, tablet and computer. As long as there is a stable Internet connection Revyfy will work.
  • Do you offer recommend a friend promos?
    We are now offering to our customers are award as a text bundle if recommended a friend to Revyfy. customers friends that have been recommended are required to use Revyfy for eight weeks and then the text bundle shall be sent as a reward.
